Beck 500 16 tyre
New back tyre for Matchless arrived today with the attached sticker stating "designed expressly for cars manufactured before 1948". So I'm OK putting on a 1959 bike then.

Yamaha XT250 Seat finished
XT250 seat is done. Covered it with tuck n roll Alcantara on the top and vinyl on the sides.
Foe comparison there is an original US spec "heavyweight" seat next to it.

Yamaha XT250 seat re-shape
Re-sculpted a seat for my 1981 Yamaha XT250. Cut down the base to a narrower profile and plastic welded it together, then shaved down the foam lower and am about to recover it with Alcantara fabric and vinyl.
Much slimmer and tidier.

Cult Beer
An original can of beer made for promo purposes for The Cult to promote the Electric album.
The Cult ruled for a while and this album was their progression into a more metal sound which broke them massively in the US.
I liked the older style Cult from Dreamtime and the even older Southern Death Cult who I saw supporting Theatre of Hate at the Hammersmith Palais.
Yeaaaaah!

Thunderbird Son
My eldest son Jimmy sitting on my mate Alex's 650 Triumph Thunderbird lowrider outside my house in Streatham.
I reckon this was 1990. He's 23 now and has his own bike.

Kangol Pinto Helmet
My old Kangol Pinto "crash" helmet from 1992 which I sprayed matt black , re-lined with towelling and made the 4 stickers in the first photo for it. They are my copies of the ones in the original Tim Page Vietnam photo of the helicopter pilot's flight helmet.
The Matchless transfer on the front was laquered over, but is now peeling off and the other one is an original Pack sticker given to me by Kirk Brandon at their last ever gig at the 101 club in St John's Hill.
Which was where King Kurt used to play regularly.
